2 Corinthians 7:4-7
Happiness in a pandemic?! Is that possible?
What has that got to do with following Jesus?
Good question. Check God’s Word
Acts 2: 26-28 quoting Psalm 16, Psalm 100,
Psalm 16:9-11. There are more.
Are you a happy Christian?
“heart is glad” 4X in Psalms
“my tongue rejoices” ; only twice—unique phrase!
my body also will rest in hope,
Being “filled with joy” is more a
New Testament phrase.
2 Corinthians 7:4!
That is a tough call, isn’t it?
Happiness is its own scientific study.
Pastor WANTS to be included!
Consider Job. See Job 1:21.
Relationships and happiness. . .
So, how about your relationship to the Lord?
Romans 15:13: a relationship with God the Father
through Jesus Christ his son is THE possibility for joy. See 1 John 1:3-4

[2019!]
Jesus was able to be certain of his heavenly Father’s
love even in the most dire of circumstances.
(John 17:13, John 17:25-26).
Job lost everything but NOT his relationship with God. (Job 2:9-10).
Everyone can have a relationship with Jesus the Christ. Matthew 11:28. “Follow me.”
Jesus invitation is always open—always.
See Matthew 8:28, Matthew 16:24, Matthew 19:21,
Mark 2:14, John 8:12.
Read again Romans 15:13. Amen
