"to fear, to reverence, to be afraid, to stand in awe of, to honor or respect".

Some have experienced or seen an awe or reverence for God in the BEAUTY of nature.
These are not for our entertainment!

Life itself: (Jesus/Deut. 8:3), Matthew 4:4

In awe. . .because of God’s love?
Not specifically in God’s word. . .
But God is awesome in who God is and God is love. God is awesome in His works (Jesus, death and resurrection).
IN the New Testament ALSO!

claiming more and more territory,
claiming more and more people. . the extension of mercy, the power of Satan breaking. . .first in Galilee, then in Judea and Jerusalem. . .then the whole Mediterranean reaching all the way to the city of Rome (Acts 26:18),
the center of the greatest Empire of the age.
It began with an unmarried peasant girl. .
